It has been soooo busy. The puppies guardians have all been to visit, it was so nice to see everone interacting with the puppies. Roxie's girl Vision (Nordlicht Kennel) has been bred this last week to Hakuna, so now we wait to confirm pregnency. The puppies are all doing well and keeping me busy picking up pee and poop, but unfortunalty Luna got Mastitis last week and the pups had to be weaned. Although, they have switched over to their kibble and raw food great! Please check the photo gallery for many new photos!!

Happy Easter Everyone! I hope you have figured out by now that I sneak pictures on to the album before updating the website...sorry...but the pictures can be a bit time consuming. S0......keep checking the photo gallery. The puppies are really moving around now and looking foward to their first meeting with their guardians this week. Pictures are updated from the weekend...sorry having some techinical probalems with video...you will have to wait for your visit to see them in action!

The puppies turned 3 weeks old on Friday, April 15th. We kept them quite busy taking pictures and giving them their first meal aside from mama's milk. It was a messy ordeal, but lots of fun. I have spent the weekend downloading pictures and videos to the Picture Gallery, I hope you enjoy them.

Yesterday was the puppies first outing to the vet, the poor little fur kids had to have there dew claws removed. It is truly amazing how quickly they grow! Today their little ears started to drop and they look a little less like little bats.. I will try and post some more pictures tomoroow, but at the moment I am just too tired. The puppies just settled down and Luna is sound a sleep, I think it is a good time to snatch some sleep myself.

The puppies have finaly arrived! 2 Girls and 2 Boys! There were a total of 7 puppies (last weeks x-ray must of tricked us), but unfortunatly we were not able to revive 3, very sad, but the 4 that we have are beautiful healthy puppies and we are thrilled with them. It was a long night for both Luna and us (Roxie, Marlaine and Luanne), the first puppy was born at 9:57 pm Friday night and the last was born at 6:18 am on Saturday morning. Luna is being a very good mommy taking care of her babies, only leaving them for an occasional potty break.
All the babies are nursing well and swimming around the box by ma ma. Next I will posting pictures the the photo album....check it out!

Luna's time is getting close. She is getting bigger and bigger every day, yesterday when we went for our walk we did not get very far before it became clear she did not think it was a very good idea. Friday we had her x-rayed and were surprised to see 8 little babies skeletons! It will be a busy time around here this week, JuneBug comes home from her show weekend in Louisville, KY with her AKC Championship. I am sure she will be full of herself, but it should not take long for Luna to remind her who the queen of our household is!
